i am worthy

One of the biggest issues I see in the fitness world is that people lack the confidence needed to stay in the pursuit of better health. It’s almost as if people think that they don’t deserve to have a life that is worthy of living to the fullest. What does “living to the fullest” mean? It means being able to do whatever we want to do when we want to do it, for most of us. But in order to do what we want when we want to, we must take into consideration our level of health as we are attempting to do those things.

Excuses are for those who aren’t serious about the things they want out of life. I personally don’t want to use the excuse that, “I can’t catch my breathe” when attempting to climb a mountain that’s on my bucket list. I also don’t want to have to rest most of the day in a hotel room while in Paris, because I am so tired from all the walking I did the previous day. Let’s make it more personal. I don’t want to have to SIT and watch my kids play. These are just a few examples. I am sure that you all can fill in the blanks with things you know that are stopping you from experiencing life to the fullest.

We have a choice guys! That choice is to be a spectator or an actual participant in this thing called life. Let your choice be to participate. Make the commitment to Get Kappa Fit and start living the life you are worthy of having today. You will be glad you did.
